Do credits work at any studio?
Yes. Your credits work at any Kawi partner location, so you can mix yoga, pilates, barre, reformer, spin, and other formats — and every other Kawi vertical — freely.
What happens to unused credits at the end of the month?
Unused credits roll over for one additional billing cycle, then expire. That gives you a buffer for a lighter month without losing what you paid for.
What if I need to cancel a booking?
Cancel at least 24 hours before class for a full credit refund. Late cancellations forfeit the credit to respect studio capacity.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period, and any already-issued credits remain usable until they expire.
What is the Add-On plan?
Extra credits at the lowest cost per credit, available to verified members at a partner studio. Ask front desk staff for a verification code.
Can I book pilates and yoga in the same week?
Yes. Your credits work across the entire Kawi network, so you can mix disciplines however you want throughout the week.
