How long are sessions valid?
All session packs are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Use them at your own pace within that period.
Can I use sessions at any gym?
Yes. Your sessions work at any partner gym, so you can mix BJJ, boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, wrestling, and more throughout the month.
What if I need to cancel a booking?
Cancel at least 24 hours before class for a full session refund. Late cancellations forfeit the session to respect partner gym capacity.
Do sessions expire?
Sessions expire 30 days after purchase. It is best to buy a pack sized to the number of sessions you realistically expect to use.
Can I get a refund?
Unused sessions can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. After that, sales are final, but sessions remain valid across all partner gyms until expiry.
Is there a subscription option?
Not yet. Kawi pricing is intentionally built around flexible packs instead of recurring lock-in.
Can I book BJJ and boxing in the same week?
Yes. Your session pack works across the entire combat network, so you can mix disciplines freely throughout the week.
