What happens if I cancel?+
Cancel at least 24 hours before the booking to return the session to your balance. Late cancellations can forfeit the session to protect partner capacity.
How long do packs last?+
Fitness session packs stay valid for 30 days. It is best to buy the size that matches the routine you expect to keep that month.
How does check-in work at the location?+
Your booking-linked QR code appears before the session. Show it at arrival so the location can validate entry quickly.
