Yes. Within the plan you purchase, sessions work at eligible partner locations in that vertical. A Boutique pack cannot be used for Combat or Fitness bookings, and the reverse is also true.
The standard pricing model uses a 30-day validity window. That timeline is shown clearly before purchase so you know how long you have to use your sessions.
If you cancel within the allowed window for the booking, the session returns to your balance. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session according to the booking policy shown at checkout.
Unused sessions can be refunded within the applicable refund window shown in the pricing terms. After that point, remaining sessions stay usable until expiry but are no longer refundable.
That is intentional. Kawi is designed around flexibility and premium clarity rather than another recurring commitment. Session packs are the cleanest expression of that model today.
